When your friends run a successful plant-based fine dining restaurant, you’re lucky to have a table, and even luckier to create something together.

They asked me to design their second cookbook, a project that pushed me out of my comfort zone and reignited my love for editorial design. I loved creating a physical object to be shared in kitchens across the Netherlands.

The design balances elegance through refined typography and clean layouts with the rock ’n’ roll energy of a high-volume kitchen, expressed through handwritten details, black-and-white photography and pages.
